The Ice Cream Café began as something deeply personal. Inspired by Cathy’s daughter, who has Asperger’s, Cathy and Sandra set out to create a space rooted in inclusion, kindness, and care. What started as a heartfelt idea has grown into a thriving downtown business loved by locals and visitors alike.
