Celebrate a new era of fine dining with the introduction of D’s Modern Caribbean Cuisine, formerly known as D’s Island Shack. D has created a menu that features her interpretations of timeless Trinidadian flavours that change the way people perceive and experience Indian and Creole dishes. Combining the finest quality, impeccably sourced local ingredients to create an innovative and unique menu.

From June through September, step beyond the restaurant and into our vibrant courtyard. Guided by colorful murals, the path leads you to a hidden oasis where you can enjoy outdoor dining all summer long. The courtyard also comes alive with special events, including our signature Caribbean Summer Fest, making it the perfect spot to gather, celebrate, and soak up the season. Inside or out, the atmosphere is always warm, welcoming, and full of flavour.
