Spring is in the air, and Downtown Campbellford is ready to celebrate!
Join us on Saturday, April 4th from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM for the 4th Annual Easter Treats in the Streets, proudly brought to you by the businesses of the Downtown Campbellford BIA. This beloved community event is packed with family-friendly fun, festive activities, and plenty of sweet treats to enjoy.
Start your day at the Town Square, where you can meet the Easter Bunny, snap a photo, and kick off the festivities. While you’re there, enjoy live music from local musician Pat Kelleher, decorate your very own Easter treat bag, and get ready to explore everything downtown has to offer.
From there, follow the event map and hop from business to business to discover treats, activities, and warm welcomes from our local shops. Be sure to stop by the Trent Hills Library for a fun craft, check out incredible balloon creations by Pepper the Clown, and get into the spirit with face painting by Lindsay Allison C or the Trent Hills Pride crew.
There’s even more excitement throughout the community! Head over to the Emergency Services Base for a friendly game of mini sticks hockey with the Trent Hills Thunder, take part in an egg hunt at the Community Gardens hosted by IncrEdible Trent Hills, and don’t miss the popular Touch a Truck event at the Municipal Offices. Kids of all ages will love exploring heavy-duty vehicles from the Municipality of Trent Hills, farm equipment from Elmhirst Farms, fire trucks from the Trent Hills Fire Department, and meeting members of the OPP Northumberland Detachment.
For those seeking a break from all the excitement, Inclusion Northumberland will be hosting a quiet space in the Acorn Room with low stimulation activities, and bathroom facilities available.
End your fun-filled day by watching the new Super Mario Galaxy at the Aron Theatre! Admission is paid by the Allaire Althouse Real Estate Team.
The movie begins at 2:00pm with doors opening at 1:30pm. Get there early because seating is first come first served!
